Compass Point Charity Foundation is a guiding force for communities, families and individuals navigating hardship across Delaware and surrounding states.
How We Started
Compass Point Charity Foundation was established by a group of seven likeminded individuals with a common goal of supporting community members, programs, and charitable organizations.
Our founders believe that lasting change requires not just awareness but understanding of the needs of our benefificiaries. That belief drives every program we run, every partnership we form, and every dollar we raise.

Our Mission
To operate as a nonprofit organization committed to fostering creativity and supporting meaningful purpose community driven fundraising events that will spark conversations, deepen an understanding of our beneficiaries, drive change, provide funding for the advancement of society and serve as a fiscal agent while promoting a connection with individuals and other 501(c)(3) corporations with like visions.

To serves as a charitable giving entity with the overarching goal of implementing creative and purposeful fundraising events, activities, and ideas. These initiatives will inspire meaningful conversations, allowing us to have a stronger understanding of our beneficiaries and our collective efforts for profound change.

President
Jamie is a Founding member of CPCF and the Sitting President of the Board of Officers. Jamie brings years of project management and Charitable Organization Operations having served on numerous committees.

Vice-President
Carl is a Founding member of CPCF and the Sitting Vice-President of the Board of Officers. Carl brings years of business operations as well as a lengthy resume of fundraising coordination.

Vivian Y, Fields "Yvonne"
Secretary
Yvonne is a Founding member of CPCF and the Sitting Secretary of the Board of Officers. Her past service on several charitable program committees have provided the necessary skillset to ensure the operational tasks of CPCF are met.

Treasurer
Sheila is a Founding member of CPCF and the Sitting Treasurer of the Board of Officers. Sheila holds several years of business operations and accounting experience including charitable event accounting.

Truste
Ron is a Past Grand Master of Delaware Freemasons and the Architect of CPCF. Ron serves as a Trustee of the Board of Officers. His vision and skills will be of great benefit to the foundation and provide the mentorship needed to establish a reputable and trustworthy establishment.

Rita is a Founding member of CPCF and Trustee of the Board of Officers. Rita brings with her many years of business operations and charitable fundraising campaign management that will be of great value to the team and communities we serve.

Harry is a Founding member of CPCF and Trustee of the Board of Officers. Harry has many years of business operations and management as well as charitable fundraising experience that will provide the resources needed for many of the activities and functions of the foundation.
